2. Scope

This policy covers all versions of the Slyder mobile app published on Google Play. By installing or using the app, you agree to the data practices described here.

We do not collect precise GPS location, phone contacts, or background audio.

4. Why do we use your data

Provide core functions (profile analysis, AI chat suggestions, practice bot).
Personalise tips and track performance metrics.
Maintain security, detect misuse, and comply with legal requirements.
Run anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve the service.

We rely on legitimate interest and contractual necessity under GDPR.

5. AI processing

Uploads are briefly routed to third-party AI providers (OpenAI LLC and Google Cloud) solely to generate responses.

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2+.
Output and metadata are stored on secure Google Cloud servers located in the EU and India.
Raw uploads are auto-deleted within 24 hours.

8. Your controls

Access / export: Request a machine-readable copy via Settings → Privacy.
Delete: Tap Delete Account in-app or email admin@slyderapp.com. We erase all personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Opt-out of analytics: Disable Share Usage Data in Settings.
Withdraw consent: Stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Children

Slyder is 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn a user is under 18, the account is deleted.

10. International transfers

We use standard contractual clauses (SCCs) for transfers outside the EEA. Copies are available on request.

11. Changes

We post any updates inside the app and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
