Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

Install or use Slyder and you agree to every rule below.
If you disagree, delete the app and stop all use.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 + and legally able to enter these terms.
You must have the right to share every photo, chat, or text you upload.
Local laws must allow you to use online-dating tools.

3. Your account

Keep login details private.
You are responsible for actions taken through the account.
Report unauthorised use at admin@slyderapp.com.

4. Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

Free trial

One 3-day free trial per new user.
Cancel during the trial in Google Play → Subscriptions to avoid charges.

Charges

After the trial Google Play bills the price shown at checkout.
Billing repeats each period until you cancel in Google Play.

Cancellation

Open Google Play Store.
Tap Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select Slyder and tap Cancel subscription.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not trigger a refund.

No refunds

Slyder issues no refunds once a charge is processed.
This covers partial periods, accidental purchases, or unused time.

Google Play’s own refunds

Google Play may grant a refund within 48 h under its rules.
Outside that window our no-refund rule stands.

Statutory rights

Mandatory consumer rights that override these terms still apply.

5. Content you upload

You keep ownership.
You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process content only to deliver app features.
Raw uploads auto-delete within 24 h.

6. AI output

Suggestions may be wrong or unsuitable.
You choose whether to use them and accept full responsibility.

7. Prohibited conduct

Break no law or platform rule.
Do not harass, threaten, or upload illegal or exploitative content.
Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.

8. Intellectual property

Slyder name, logo, code, and design belong to Abhishek Paul.
Copy or modify them only with written consent.

9. Feedback

You may send ideas. We may use them without payment.

10. Termination

Delete your account anytime in Settings.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Licence, liability, and dispute sections survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

Slyder offers information and coaching only. No guarantee of matches, dates, or outcomes.
Service provided “as is.” Use at your own risk.
We do not promise uptime, accuracy, or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
Direct-damage cap: the total fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims tied to your content, conduct, or rule breaches.

14. Governing law and disputes

Indian law applies.
Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before suing, both sides will try in good faith to settle within 30 days.

15. Changes

We may update terms at any time. New terms appear in the app.
Continued use after the update date means you accept the changes.
